This page has been set up to raise funds for B@titudes next trip to Romania in late May. We will be taking women and teenagers from our local community to work with and support the families within a gypsy village in Csekefalva, Romania. We visited last September and had a fantastic time and have since been desperate to go back! To see what we got up to last time please visit http://www.batitude.org/news/a-heart-full-for-romania This year we will be taking a mini bus full of gardening equipment to set up small area's for families to grow their own fruit and vegetables. We will also be brining lots of children's clothing and other essential items to support the families. If you have any spare gardening tools and would like to donate them please call 01372 374666 These families are the poorest of the poor, with many of the young mums not being parented themselves after coming from a childrens home. It will be another fantastic opportunity to strengthen friendships between our community and those in Csekefalva. There will be lots of small fundraises happening within the next few weeks and this page will be used as a main collecting point.
