Natalie Graves is raising £500 for Calder Valley Search And Rescue Team
Amelia is having her luscious locks cut and will be donating her hair to the Little Princess Trust who create wigs for children and young people suffering the devastating effects of hair loss. Her last haircut, two years ago, was her first haircut for charity, raising a staggering £1,600 which was split between The Little Princess Trust and Calder Valley Search and Rescue Team. Amelia has been growing her hair ever since, and this year she would like to raise money for CVSRT, in memory of her Daddy, Richard Graves. It is coming up to two years since Richard lost his life to cancer. He is missed as much as ever, especially during lockdown where the house feels so empty without him. He is also missed so much by all his friends and the community as a whole. Richard was a devoted member of CVSRT, a 100% voluntary charity providing an essential, life-saving emergency service to the people of Calder Valley and beyond. The team is staffed by 50 unpaid volunteers who attend 65+ callouts each year. It costs £35,000 a year to keep the team operational, all of which is raised through donations. They receive no government funding. Amelia, big brother Jack and I really appreciate all the support we have received since losing Richard and will carry on supporting CVSRT who have made us a part of their big family. With love, Natalie Thank you for visiting our Givey page. When you make your donation through Givey, the Charity receives 100% of the donation. Your details are safe with Givey and donating is completely secure. Whatsmore, they never share your email address with any third parties except the Charity you donate to.
