At some point in the future I will be taking part in the Ironman event at Bolton. It is scheduled for 12th July this year but will likely change dates! An ironman is a 2.4mile swim followed by a 112 mile bike ride followed by running a marathon. 3 years ago I started having swimming lessons so this is an indication of how much of a challenge this is for me!
