Enterprise Junction specialise in helping people with additional barriers to develop their skills and knowledge to provide them with the tools and confidence to start their own business and build enterprise awareness.

Because we understand the importance of a healthy self-esteem, we provide a supportive environment which gives individuals the strength of mind, trust and belief in the decisions and choices they make.

We have also started a new initiative where we empower under represented individuals through self-esteem workshops, to equip them with the knowledge that ‘they are good enough’ and give them the platform to realise their aspirations.

Pam and Janine have both taken part in our self-employment course. This is what they said:

"It is the best thing that I have ever done. Honestly. I would never have known how to start up a business without it. I would never have known how to do a business plan. A business plan is something that somebody else does, not me. But it is easier than what you would think. It also covers social media, which is another one of my no, no's so I got an enormous benefit from it."

We require funding to support the administration and general running of the charity, without which we would not be able to deliver our amazing programmes.

The challenges that a lot of people are facing in these difficult times are huge. The impact of which is felt both financially and emotionally and more than ever people are looking at ways to become more self-reliant. Our aim is to instil a sense of self-confidence and independence, to encourage personal growth and professional success.
