About
The 125 Challenge is about showing up. In May, we’re inviting people to walk, run, or jog 125km. Not for pace. Not for PBs. Just to move. The number 125 matters. Every week, 125 people in the UK lose their lives to suicide. This challenge exists to remember that, to raise awareness, and to start conversations that don’t always happen easily. At sad miles club., we believe running and movement aren’t always about feeling strong. Sometimes they’re just a way to cope, to clear your head, or to get through a difficult day. This is for anyone who’s struggled. Anyone starting again. Anyone who doesn’t feel like they belong in traditional running spaces. Every entry contributes to mental health charities, including Mind, helping to support people who need it most. You don’t have to run it all. You don’t have to be fast. You just have to start Thank you for visiting our Givey page. When you make your donation through Givey, the Charity receives 100% of the donation. Your details are safe with Givey and donating is completely secure. Whatsmore, they never share your email address with any third parties except the Charity you donate to.
