Hello!! I'm doing the Coast & Castle bicycle ride, Edinburgh to Newcastle, for Veterans at Ease, 5th to 7th of June 2015. Veterans at Ease is a registered charity committed to helping Veterans, Serving Military Personnel and their Families deal with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other combat stress related issues.
