After two years of remote schooling, children in Peru will finally be returning to school. During the pandemic we have seen how technology can be a powerful educational tool. Unfortunately, not every student has had the privilege of accessing a computer or laptop and thus is at risk of falling behind academically.

LAFF is happy to announce an exciting partnership with WAWA Laptop to deliver vital technology to support their return to school. WAWA is the first laptop manufactured in Peru aimed at improving the educational quality of children and students through a circular business model. The laptop can be upgraded just by changing the SBC board. It's also the first laptop to have a portable solar panel as a power source, making it an eco-friendly and sustainable laptop.

As students return to school, we need your help to make sure they have everything they need to reach their full potential. With WAWA laptop, LAFF aims to provide 16 laptops to support vulnerable children and young people in their education for a brighter future. These laptops will ensure the students can smoothly transition back to school, and catch up with more advantaged peers.
