Neil Mather is raising £130 for Motor Neurone Disease Association
About
I've been on a sponsored diet to lose 50 lbs before my 50th birthday on 1st December this year. I'm raising funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association in memory of my mother, Dorothy Mather, who died of that vile incurable disease. I started on 1 June. I hit the target on 5th November, so if you've made a pledge you can either pay now, or wait to make sure I keep it off still at 1st December. I've been overwhelmed by people's generosity & have received pledges of around 13,000 - with gift aid that could be 15,000. Hopefully this will be really useful sum for research into a cure & caring for those suffering from it. Now that I've hit the target, I've set up this page so that people can make their donations online & ensure that the MNDA can benefit from the extra tax relief available to them if you're a UK tax payer. Many thanks Neil
