About
We are a group of young people hoping to raise money for starling CIO. We believe that recognising and accepting neurodiversity is a necessity in today’s society. Neurodiversity is a modern term used to describe the range of differences in individual brain functions. Here is mia’s story: “I was diagnosed with autism at age 14 and only a few months ago I was diagnosed with ADHD. Due to this i experienced bullying and was mistreated for being different. My own dad failed to understand me. Singing helps me express myself. I want my voice to be heard. I’m unique, I’m special, I’m worth it.” On Friday, Mia is going to be singing in Hulme High Street to help raise awareness. Please donate to help out!!
