I'm running 100km. In one go. For East Cornwall Search & Rescue. In two months to the day, I’ll be taking on the Saints Way Ricochet Ultra – a 100km race across Cornwall. It’s the longest run I’ve ever attempted, and to be honest, it’s going to hurt. I’m doing it to raise money for East Cornwall Search and Rescue, the volunteer team I’m proud to be a part of. The team is on call 24/7 to help people in trouble across some of the most remote and rugged parts of the county. From missing walkers, injured climbers to individuals in distress, we’re there when people need us – often in the worst weather and at the worst time of day. Everything we do is funded by donations. If you can spare anything – no matter how small – it’ll go straight into keeping the team equipped and ready. Thanks for the support. Now I just need to get through 100km of hills...
