I'm taking part in the Suffolk Coast Bike Ride on 03/08/2014 to raise money for Action for Children and we would really appreciate your support. It's a 35 mile ride that starts and finishes at Glemham Hall via Woodbridge, Peasenhall and Eastbridge and I'm aiming to cross the line in less than 2 hours - and in the blistering heat!
