Hi folks :) Thanks for visiting our page - Cycle Fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis (CFCF). This is what Julian Mills and Emma Foulerton are up to this year! We are going to be cycling 215 miles to Paris from Brighton over 3 days in July to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. We currently have not cycled over 20 miles in one day so doing nearly 75miles is going to be quite some challenge. However, living with CF is much more of a challenge and is one that needs as much help to solve as possible. It is a charity that is very important to us and one that we would like to help in what ever way possible. Please please donate anything you can to help this amazing charity who fund research to find an effective treatment for CF through gene therapy, the nearest thing to a cure in the forseeable future. A little more info on CF is below for those who'd like to find out more: Over two million people in the UK carry the faulty gene that causes Cystic Fibrosis - around 1 in 25 of the population. Cystic Fibrosis affects the internal organs, especially the lungs and digestive system, by clogging them with thick sticky mucus. This makes it hard to breathe and digest food. Each week, five babies are born with Cystic Fibrosis. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust relies on the support of the CF community and the public to continue its work in research, campaigning, support and care for those with Cystic Fibrosis.
