3,200 lives known to have been ended by the earthquake in Nepal, and of course this number will continue to rise as the days go by. From my comfy sitting room, in the sunshine, having had a good breakfast and knowing my loved ones are safe, I can't even comprehend such tragedy and suffering. As a lucky lucky so and so, what I can do is endure a bit of discomfort (upping it to 3 days without food this time, to make it with your while!) and ask you to donate some of your hard earned cash to the rescue and relief efforts of the amazing people at the British Red Cross.
