Anna Batten is raising £300 for Bowel Cancer UK
About
My cousin Mark was diagnosed with Bowel Cancer, and he passed away in August this year he was the same age as I am so it was quite a shock to our family. My husband Jeremy is running the London Marathon in the Bowel Cancer UK team next year in his memory, and as part of that I decided to arrange this raffle to support the fundraising for the charity. I know there are a lot of worthy causes asking for your money at this time of year, so we are very grateful for any donations you feel you are able to make, we have some great gifts for you to win, and even if your number isnt drawn, you wont go away empty-handed! 40,000 people will be diagnosed in 2015, and only 2/3rds of those will survive. Bowel Cancer UK aims to increase early awareness and diagnosis of bowel cancer so that the survival rate increases, and also to improve treatment and care for those on the journey.
