St Mary’s Church Welwyn is located at the heart of Welwyn village and forms part of the Welwyn Team Ministry. We are an inclusive CoE church with a strong music tradition, offering a variety of worship opportunities on a daily basis, together with fellowship activities in the adjoining Church House both for parishioners and the community at large. The part-time youth workers ensure there are plenty of activities for children and teenagers and amongst many other tasks the clergy offer significant pastoral care to the elderly and others in need. As well as baptisms, weddings and funerals, we regularly host a wide-range of concerts and are delighted to see our beautiful church building frequented by many visitors during the daily opening hours of 9.30 am – 3.30 pm. Any donation you give will be gratefully received and be of enormous help in covering our running costs and maintaining the fabric of the building for generations to come
