Running the London Marathon will be the toughest challenge I have faced. Please help me get round by showing your support and donating to Action on Addiction. Addiction is the biggest preventable killer in the UK. Most people know someone who has been directly affected by addiction, or is a friend or loved one of someone with an addiction. Addiction can be devastating for individuals, families and communities. However, change is possible. People can and do recover.
