If actions speak louder than words I must be screaming! I have decided to take part in an endurance event, Ironman Barcelona, to help and raise funds for the Princes Gate Trust, its very worthy charity partners and the amazing work that they do in helping those who are in need. The event is 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of biking and 26.2 miles of running (marathon) to finish it off. That is all. Anything Is Possible.
