Otherwise ONE HUNDRED dogs could be sent back to the public Breasta shelter if we have not raised the money to help Cerasela purchase the rest of the land for the lovely shelter they are currently in. We have visited Ceraselas' shelter and dogs can run freely, are happy and loved. At the public shelter Breasta it’s a very different case altogether.....
