Family Based Solutions is a small specialist charity supporting families affected by domestic abuse, child to parent abuse and complex family trauma. These are often hidden, misunderstood issues, but the impact on children and parents is profound. Since 2015, we have supported 1,475 families and 4,925 individuals, helping families stabilise, reduce harm and move forward. 75% of families we support no longer require further specialist intervention, and 75% of children on CAMHS waiting lists no longer need CAMHS involvement after our support. Right now, we urgently need to raise at least £20,000 to protect core services, retain specialist staff and continue supporting families who are already waiting for help. This funding is not about growth or expansion. It is about buying time to keep essential services running while longer term funding decisions are made. Your donation is not just financial support.
