Hello, I am Ian. I'm normally pretty lazy but on 7th June I am running a massive 10 million millimetres for charity. Seriously though, I am running in a charity 10km around Salisbury called Race For Men which aims to raise awareness for prostate and testicular cancer. I have decided to try and raise some money for Prostate Cancer UK as the condition affects 1 in 8 men worldwide during their lifetime and as of yet we don't really know what causes it. Pretty scary stuff so dig deep folks! ...well this is digital so in the famous words of Sir Bob Geldof "Music can't change the world" ...wait that's not the quote I was thinking of...
