On Sunday August 10th I'll be joining 24,000 other cyclists in cycling 100 miles through London and Surrey in the Prudential Ride London 100. I'm raising money for Scope which is a charity that exists to make this country a place where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. Barclays will be matching your donations for so a 25 donation will raise 50 for Scope - I'm also using Givey for this site so that every penny goes to charity.
