Hello! On Sunday 28th September I will be taking part in the 5km Colour Run at the Olympic Park in Stratford. If you haven't heard about a Colour Run before, it's basically where as well as running for charity, you also get covered in coloured powder as you complete your circuit. (If you want a more visual explanation, see here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Az8GPMaUZs.) ANYWAY although it's not the most taxing of runs, I'm doing it for a very good cause. KEEN London is a brilliant London based charity that that runs free weekly sports and recreation sessions for children (aged five and up) and young adults with learning, behavioural and physical disabilities. I've helped out there since January and can definitely say it is a worthwhile cause that changes kids lives for the better. It would be great to be able to raise at least 50 for this charity, so if you have any spare change please send a little over for them, you will be helping some children who really deserve it!
