I'm doing this fundraiser to raise £150 for Silverline Memories
Story
Cerys and I are walking the Northumberland Coastal Walk in aid of Silverline Memories. This is a 26.2 mile walk across our favourite English coastline. Silverline Memories is a charity that provides 'places to go and things to do' for people with dementia, including cafes, tea dances, outings to the cinema and theatre and much more. Cerys chose this charity because she really enjoyed watching families dancing and having fun at one of the Christmas party events. We lost our 'greatma' this year just before her 97 birthday, she lived with dementia in the later years of her life and we both feel that opportunities for people with dementia to get out and about can only be a good thing. Thank you for visiting our Givey page. When you make your donation through Givey, the Charity receives 100% of the donation. Your details are safe with Givey and donating is completely secure. They never share your email address with any third parties except the Charity you donate to.
