24 hours is a long time to ride a bike. Doing it in the middle of winter, in the Scottish Highlands is going to be really, really hard!!! But it's nothing in comparison to the massive challenges refugees face seeking asylum in the UK. Bikes for Refugees support the social inclusion and integration of New Scots into Scottish life and send out an important message of solidarity to people seeking safety and shelter. Bikes and the transformational power of cycling helps isolated families and children to connect with communities, essential services, and to forge new friendships
