This October I will be running the Loch Ness Marathon (may seem an odd choice, but there's a much much higher chance of seeing a prehistoric monster than in the London or Berlin marathons). I will be running in aid of The Perspective Project, a charity tackling mental health stigma through art and creativity.
The Perspective Project run workshops, exhibitions, pop-up events, and a digital gallery - all with the aim of eliminating mental health stigma, whilst providing a therapeutic creative outlet for those affected by mental health problems.
Any and all donations are hugely appreciated. Thank you!
