About
When my son Sam died 6 years ago I wanted a positive legacy to bring some good from the tragedy. Over the last 6 years, friends and family have helped finance the building of a training village in Malawi that bears his name. Already over 200 people have been trained during a 4-month residential stay at Sam’s Village, as carpenters, tailors, metalworkers etc. With these skills, they are now offering invaluable services to their local community and providing their families with an income. You can help this continue. Within 2 years this program will become self-sufficient as training organisations pay to use Sam’s Village but for now we need to fund its early stages. Your donation will help at least one person to attend a course for free and fund their training and living costs. There is a film all about Sam's Village HERE

Please support me as I cycle through Malawi in this summer. Having had a bad fall while skiing in January I also have a personal challenge to get my new prosthetic hip in shape to complete the journey! We pay all our own costs to participate so every penny of your donation goes directly to Malawi. the charity prides itself on having only volunteers in the UK, no paid staff, no expenses! Thank you so much for your support and for helping us make a real difference to people's lives.
