This year I'm celebrating 12 years as a volunteer with this amazing charity who help amazing people do normal things. It's usually in a chaos of tandems so thought I'd try the Great Knaresborough Bed Race to raise a few £ to mark the occasion. Every year we have to raise over £250,000 to keep our activities running. Community fundraising is really important to us and we have a number of fun and simple ways you can get involved to help people with a disability access and enjoy the countryside.
