Thomas Logan is raising £500 for The OLLIE Foundation
About
On the 3rd of August I will be doing a charity skydive in honour of my friend, despite preferring to keep my feet firmly on the ground & never having even flown before. Just over a year ago I lost my good friend Morgan Falconer when he took his own life. He never really seemed to have any worries but then looking back he never told anyone how he was feeling. He was a good friend to many and meant a lot to me. Morgan's Dad was one of three parents who set up the OLLIE (One Life Lost is Enough) Foundation to help prevent other parents going through the trauma they had experienced. Donations to the charity go towards training those working with young people to acquire the skills to intervene, and to educate people on good mental health. Having had my life touched by suicide, I would like to make my statement to remove the stigma of the topic of suicide and raise money to help provide the services to other young people in need of help.
