In July I am heading to Malawi, one of the poorest countries in the world, to help build vital facilities for sanitation, to teach children and help with environmental work. I am doing this through a collaboration between my own school and a charity called Ripple Africa, whose main purpose is to set up and expand the Malawian environment, healthcare, education and agriculture. Examples of what they have achieved are teaching locals how to fish and farm sustainably, and making efforts to prevent deforestation, having already saved over 340 square kilometres!
100% of donations raised goes directly to the charity and I’m funding the trip for myself on my own.
Any donation would be hugely welcome. In order to earn your generosity, I will be undertaking challenging walks and holding various events as well as tutoring children, to maximise every penny possible which will benefit the local community of Malawi.
Thank you so much!
