Our church family has been given an exciting opportunity to set up a permanent Orthodox Church near central Manchester, but the space hasn't been used for a long time and needs some work before we can move in. We need to hire a skip, clear the space, strip and paint the walls, lay a new carpet, and beautify it for Orthodox worship with icons and other items, as well as buy appliances and items of furniture. We would appreciate any help you might be able to give us with this exciting step in our church life, with any unspent proceeds going to general parish funds.
