About
On the 3rd of July, we are tackling the National Three Peaks in 24 hours challenge. We have kick-started our training and are (sort of) looking forward to the big day ahead! We are embarking on this challenge to raise money for PAFRAS, a fantastic local charity that supports asylum seekers in Leeds who are living in states of enforced destitution due to their precarious immigration status. PAFRAS provides emergency crisis intervention such as food parcels and toiletries as well as offering immigration advice and mental health support to those seeking asylum in the city. Due to COVID, there has been significant gaps in funding, so the extra donations are really needed right now! Without them, many would be left with no support at all. Every donation goes towards supporting their work in the community. We will keep everyone up to date on our training and the day of the challenge through our socials. Thanks for your support!
