Tom Higham is raising £300 for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF)
About
Thanks for visiting. I'm raising money for JDRF UK: http://www.jdrf.org.uk/life-with-type-1-diabetes/faq-about-type-1-diabetes The above link is the best and simplest summary of T1 I've ever come across. Even if you don't / can't donate, please do read it. JDRF are a research organisation, who have the sole mission of finding a cure for type 1. In recent months I've become a father, and lost a close friend very suddenly. So I want to do something. This starts with Manchester 10k in May, the Great North Run in September, setting up a support group for T1 people and their families in central Manchester, and working on putting together a (large) event around sport and type 1 in the Autumn in the North West... Thanks for reading, Tom.x
