About
Fellaship, the skaters of Hexham and the wider NE community with the help of Hexham Youth club, Shred the North, Trying to Ride a skateboard and blackspell, are doing a 24hr communal skate with competitions and prizes open to anyone on the 26th of August. We’re doing a game of SKATE tournament, full park competition, highest Ollie and more. We decided to do this because the sele skatepark is a terrible skating experience, with chipped rough ground, obstacles that are no use to anyone and only one light that only slightly covers half the park. The sele actually puts of skating rather than encouraging it. We are in desperate need of resurfacing and hopefully redesign. Come down to show your support, or you can sign the petition and if you could any money would be really appreciated.
