About

Hi All, Thank you for visiting my page. On 13th July I will be taking part in a grueling 100 mile (160km) off road bike ride through the South downs to raise much needed funds for King Athelstan Primary School’s wonderful project – renovation of Key stage 1&2 playground. The bike ride starts in Winchester and finishes in Eastbourne and I expect it will take me 12-14 hours to complete.

This year I chose to support and fundraise for the school my children go to for various reasons:

1. On average our children spend half or more time at school then at home during a normal week, which is certainly a big drive for me to try and help the school improve on their facilities. 2. Love for the outdoors – I have always loved being outdoors and I am super excited about the plan King Athelstan has to renovate the KS1&KS2 playground. It is a big project and every penny raised will go a long way. 3. Last but not least: The amazing King Athelstan community – from the moment we joined the school we have absolutely loved everything about it – the staff, the teachers, the parents and everyone involved. It always felt like such a welcoming community where everyone goes the extra mile to support each other. It makes me very proud to be part of it and be able to help in anyway I can.

Please dig deep and sponsor me. Every penny will go directly to the school and this wonderful initiative.

Thank you, Tania
