Robert Donkers is raising £1,500 for Shih Tzu Rescue Angels
About
I will be taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge on Saturday 5 August 2017 to Raise Funds for Shih Tzu Rescue Angels. I have chosen this Charitable Cause because they do extremely important work which in the greater scheme is not a popular cause and therefore it is difficult to raise funds. Shih Tzus are fantastic and loving dogs. Unfortunately, many people do not realise that taking care of Shih Tzus take a little more time and effort and sometimes cost. Dogs are dumped with all kinds of ailments and vet bill are high. For Example, when a Shih Tzus is not taken care of very well, the most common issue will be their eyes which are very vulnerable. Eye surgery and removal easily amounts to £2000 per eye. Shih Tzu Rescue Angels, a small charity, do all they can to pay for Shih Tzus in need and have wonderful committed members but they do need financial help desperately. Please be generous to help them to help one of the most fantastic breeds. The National Three Peaks Challenge is an event in which participants attempt to climb the highest mountains of England, Scotland and Wales within 24 hours. Walkers climb each peak in turn, and are driven from the foot of one mountain to the next. The Three Peaks Challenge is one of the ultimate tests of physical endurance, mental stamina.
