I am attempting the Hitchin Hard Half Marathon again this year and hoping to raise as much money as possible for "Bring Back the Smile To Nepal". This is the charity founded by my sister-in-law Anna Gurung to support and supervise relief projects to help the most vulnerable in Nepal recover from the huge earthquake in April 2015. Most other fundraising sites deduct their charges from the charitable donations... so just bear this in mind when you are deciding how much you wish to donate.

    Squeezed in short run this evening (5km). Quite hard work as legs still aching from weekend but no hint of the hamstring... 👍👍👍

    Completed 10 mile training run at weekend and everything hurts apart from my hamstring... which I'm hoping is a good thing.

    I tweaked my hamstring playing 5-a-side earlier this week. Not great preparation! Seems to be getting better though so hoping to test it out with some running this weekend.
