Hey There Everyone, thank you for tuning into my fundraiser. My name is Tyla Ann Gurney. I was born with a condition known as Cerebral Palsy. This condition affects muscle movement, muscle tone, balance and posture. Currently, I suffer from chronic pain and stiffness and is on Chronic Medication namely being Bio-Baclofen (Muscle Relaxants), Lorien (Anti-Depressant) and Lantanon (Anti- Depressant). To tell you a little more in detail, I'm a triplegic meaning that I only have one limb, being my left arm and hand that functions properly. Having a disability comes with a lot of challenges and obstacles even in the working/ employment field which is why I'm raising funds to do a few short Courses so that I can hopefully work from home by finding a few jobs on UpWork, LinkedIn, etc. so that I can become fully financially dependant, not needing much aid but also being able to travel, have fun and live life in fulfillment. On the physical part of things, I will definitely need an electric wheelchair as I do almost 98% of everything using my left hand, which makes it rather challenging to get around in a manual wheelchair. I've currently got an electric wheelchair, but it's wirings and batteries are kicking in and it's valuation has depreciated, hence why I need a new one as soon as possible.
