I will be doing the Run Bournemouth Supernova 5K on Oct 8 to raise money for the Parkinson's Dance Programme at Pavilion Dance South West. PDSW runs weekly Parkinson’s Dance classes designed to address the symptoms of Parkinson’s. Aside from the physical and mental benefits, the sessions offer a chance for participants to socialise and connect. With your support in raising the funds, we would like to continue offering these classes for our Parkinson's Dance Community.
