Scouting is a charity and great Scouting requires sufficient funds. Raising funds is a vital part of keeping the group going.
Monthly subscriptions are used to cover basic running costs such as badges, insurance and national subscriptions.The cost of group equipment, running the hall, trips etc. require fundraising by the group.
Our current funds come from grants and events such as our Annual Duck Race and Christmas Post. Unfortunately, these events have been cancelled this year so we’d be grateful for any and all donations.
