This year I'm going to be taking on a home made triathlon to raise money for the amazing guys at HATW - I have absolutely no physical ability behind me, no training, but sheer will and determination Sometimes life throws things at you that you aren't fully prepared for and don't know how to handle, but being resilient and finding the strength to get through the struggle and coming out the other side is what Heads Above The Waves is all about, I would love to raise £500 for the guys at Heads but would be greatful for any donations to support their work
