Big Dreams Clear Visions was created to elevate and empower the people of the West Midlands in their current journey to becoming successful entrepreneurs, gaining employment or changing their career path. Big Dreams Clear Visions will work on Breaking Barriers and Building Bonds, not only with our participants but with other organisations in the region. We see all participants as individuals with the potential to do great things in life with guidance and encouragement. Whether in groups or on a one-to-one basis, participants should expect to receive tailored support and a self-confidence boost, our end goal would be to identify a dream and leave with a clear breakdown of how to achieve it. Participants are very welcome to return at any stage if they feel they need more help, work experience or signposting etc.
