On the 21st of August 2015 seven dedicated bikers from Medway have decided to ride their push bikes over 500 miles to Berlin, to raise money and awareness for people and their families living with dementia at Amherst Court Care Home, Chatham. All funds raised will go towards the homes amenities fund for those living at Amherst Court Care Home. Timothy Wheeler, Daniel Brattle, Patrick Armatage, Luke Hand and Lauren Walker will be making the journey over 10 days, starting from South East Kent and making their way through to the heart of Berlin!
