Myself and Jodie, Adele Morgan, Jess and Sophie will be conquering Snowdon on Sunday 3rd May 2015. It will be a massive challenge for us as the only hill we have walked is Church Road!! We would appreciate your support to get us up to the summit!! We are fundraising for a new play area for the children at Delamere School. Any donations for sponsorship will be gratefully received.
