We work with young people aged 11 to 25, providing safe spaces where they can share their experiences, learn about Black histories and develop positive sense of identities. We deliver a number of projects and activities to support their physical, spiritual and emotional development.
Our activities include
Weekly drop in sessions - a safe space for young people to share and learn.
Multi cultural cooking project - learning about different cultures through food.
Mentoring and tutoring- supporting young people to reach their potential in education.
Transitions - supporting young people moving from Year 6 to Year 7
BME Youth Champions - supporting young people to volunteer within the BMEYPP and the wider communities.
Holiday trips and activities - giving young people opportunities to take part in new activities.
