Bradford Metropolitan Food Bank is a registered charity, run entirely by volunteers who receive donations of food, toiletries and hygiene products to give free of charge to organisations working with people in need of support across the whole of Bradford District.
At the moment we are distributing more than 1,400 bags to professional agencies working to support families and individuals in crisis situations. Financial donations help us to buy staple food items to ensure that our emergency food bags contain a balance of nutritious and filling items such as long life milk, breakfast cereal, tins of meat or fish, tins of veg, fruit and rice pudding and peanut butter.
Bradford Metropolitan Food Bank continues to operate through these very uncertain and difficult times, caused by the impact of Covid 19. Your donations are extremely important to us, now more than ever before, and are helping us to ensure that people in our District do not go hungry. Every donation really does make a difference.
Thank you for your support.
Bradford Metropolitan Food Bank is multicultural and non-denominational. We are Bradford's original food bank, established in 2004.
