"Brian and Mike are running the Edinburgh marathon for Mind Yourself because sure why wouldn't we” Mind Yourself is a charity whose mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of the Irish community in London. Irish people have made an enormous contribution to the life, culture and wealth of the city. Yet they experience some the highest rates of depression and suicide and poor physical health compared to the general population. Mind Yourself is there to offer one-to-one advice, advocacy and support as well as a wide range of social and group activities. We also provide specialist support groups, for example for carers and survivors. Mind Yourself receives 100 percent of any donation made through Givey,
