Our mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of the Irish community in London and reduce the health inequalities Irish people face.
Irish people have made an enormous contribution to the life, culture and wealth of the city. Yet they experience some the highest rates of depression and suicide and poor physical health compared to the general population.
Mind Yourself is there to offer one-to-one advice, advocacy and support. We also offer a wide range of social and group activities such as Mindfulness, films, art, creative writing, health information sessions and park walks.
We also provide specialist support groups, for example for carers and survivors.
