My dad and I are running the Barry Buddon half marathon on the 28th of April for the local charity Reach Across. This charity has helped friends and very close family get through some tough times and so many other people in and around the Arbroath area. We would like to do something and give back to help raise more awareness of mental health, mental health and suicide is to prevalent in Arbroath alone and to run this half and support people who need it is an honour, thankyou for any donations and shares it means a lot! 💚
