Clapton Commons is a grassroots community charity based in Clapton, Hackney, East London, founded by and for local residents in 2013. Our mission is to bring people together from all age, ethnicity, faith and background to tackle poverty, isolation and inequality; and to build a more connected, resilient and just neighbourhood.
