We now know that the enhanced Community Clubhouse will be built, but the fundraising will continue to raise funds for the Clubhouse interior and the wider external project. This includes landscaping with a "family garden", permanent picnic tables and benches, a disabled access ramp, increased decking, internal and external furniture along with equipment for the new kitchen and Cafe and external storage units. And of course we should also mention the "enhanced security measures" that will keep the new building safe! All these items are being costed but are expected to be over £100,000.
